So, how does the Kamereo Start-Up foster its team and grow its business?

How was Kamereo established?

Before venturing into Kamereo, Mr. Taku Tanaka had spent three years working with the Pizza 4P’s brand. During this time, as the number of 4P’s stores increased from 1 to 12, Mr. Taku was responsible for procurement and the supply chain of the restaurants. He noticed inconveniences in the work process between suppliers, which led to the creation of Kamereo.
From the first few clients to now, Kamereo has earned the trust of over 2000 customers in the F&B sector. To serve this significant demand, Kamereo currently operates 3 storage centres that store goods from more than 50 partner farms and distribute them to Ho Chi Minh City customers.

How did Taku manage to develop Kamereo’s team?

The CEO effectively communicated his mindset and core values to the 6 directors he managed. They applied a top-down approach to cascade this from directors to managers in each department and then to every employee. This drove individuals to take responsibility for every outcome and work diligently to build a solid organization.
