Kamereo Expands Operations to Support F&B Businesses During Lunar New Year 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City

Lunar New Year is always the busiest and most critical period of the year for the F&B industry. Demand rises sharply, operations become more intense, while supply chains and logistics face unique challenges associated with the extended holiday. Understanding these pressures, Kamereo is implementing an expanded operational plan for Lunar New Year 2026 to help restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City maintain stable supply, plan procurement proactively, and confidently continue serving customers throughout the holiday period.

Kamereo’s Lunar New Year 2026 Operating Schedule

To help our partners easily track information and proactively plan their procurement during Lunar New Year 2026, Kamereo would like to share the detailed operating schedule as follows:

🔴 Service Suspension Period: From February 16 to February 17, 2026 (29th day of Tet – 1st day of Tet)

🟢 Expanded Operations During Lunar New Year (Applicable to Ho Chi Minh City only)

Operating period: From February 18 to February 20, 2026 (2nd – 4th day of Tet)
Delivery time: 06:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🟢 Normal operations resume: From February 21, 2026 (5th day of Tet)

Important Notes During Kamereo’s Expanded Operations for Lunar New Year

During the expanded operations period over the Lunar New Year holiday, and in order to ensure the best possible service quality, Kamereo would like to highlight several important points for our partners:

Same-day delivery requests will not be accepted. Restaurants are advised to plan ahead and place orders at least one day in advance to ensure a stable supply of goods.
Re-delivery services will not be supported during this period due to limited resources and the special operating schedule of the Lunar New Year holiday.
On-time delivery rates and order fulfillment levels may fluctuate as a result of workforce availability and market conditions during the holiday. Kamereo will make every effort to maintain service quality and sincerely appreciates our partners’ understanding during this time.

To ensure a smooth and successful Lunar New Year period, Kamereo recommends that restaurants proactively plan their business operations and place orders early. Preparing inventory at least 2–3 days in advance will help restaurants better organize their menus and avoid ingredient shortages during peak holiday days.
