Talent Acquisition Executive
Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Participate in job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates for all assigned positions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Take full responsibility for recruitment administration, including preparing Job Descriptions and Offer Letters, scheduling interviews, collecting, updating, and managing new hire records/data, and generating recruitment-related reports.

2. Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process during the first two months of probation, ensuring a professional and positive experience for new hires at Kamereo.
  • Follow up with Department Heads to complete probation evaluations on time, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations.

3. Other Responsibilities:

  • Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or College degree
  • Basic knowledge of the F&B industry is an advantage
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
