1. UI/UX Design & Development:

• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Develop design concepts from ideation to final product.
• Design interfaces for E-commerce websites, Blogs, Landing Pages, and internal operational tools.
• Design UI for the Kamereo E-commerce app.
• Ensure design decisions are grounded in solid UI/UX foundations:
• Apply design principles and guidelines effectively.Demonstrate strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and customer-centric design.
• Be proficient in personas, use cases, scenarios, user flows, screen flows, customer journey maps, and comparative analysis.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.

2. User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research (B2B F&B customers) to understand behaviors and needs.
• Analyze data and user feedback to improve user experience.

3. Design System Management:

• Manage and update the design system.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure effective implementation of the design system.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Developers, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and business goals while delivering excellent user experience.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

5. Pitch Deck Management:

• Utilize Figma and visual design skills to update pitch decks (on an ad-hoc basis).
• Present data in a clear and visually engaging way to communicate key messages to external partners.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Propose new ideas and continuously improve design processes.
