Position title
Supply Chain Supervisor
Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned product categories in alignment with business objectives (cost efficiency, COGS, inventory days, shrinkage/wastage, and order fulfillment rate).
  • Develop category segmentation and pricing strategies to effectively serve customers across different regions.
  • Ensure competitive pricing, timely supply, and consistent quality in line with requirements from the Sales team and company leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while onboarding new partners through long-term collaboration opportunities with favorable pricing and payment terms.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on contract terms including pricing, payment conditions, delivery timelines, and product quality; proactively resolve any arising issues.
  • Closely monitor and take full ownership of procurement costs, as well as inventory quality and quantity within the assigned scope.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting & Finance, and Operations/Warehouse teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs and execution efficiency.

Team Management

  • Develop and enforce procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Supervise, coach, and support team members in daily operations.
  • Evaluate individual performance and overall team effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing Private Label and FMCG product categories.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills with basic English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
