Key Account Modern Trade Executive

Responsibilities

Manage key strategic accounts to achieve company KPIs and GMV targets
Identify and acquire new customers within the supermarket channel to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain and update the customer database while expanding the customer base on a monthly basis; build and sustain strong client relationships
Participate in business planning, including reviewing annual and quarterly business plans
Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of existing customers
Provide regular reports and performance analysis for assigned accounts
Gather and analyze customer feedback (both positive and negative) and propose appropriate improvements
Monitor and manage contracts between buyers and sellers
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver the best possible service to customers

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week.
