Delivery Op Team Leader - Get 1.500.000 Sign-on Bonus
Responsibilities
  • Understand the daily tasks of the shipper and dispatch teams.
  • Manage the number of shippers on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient manpower to deliver orders to customers on time.
  • Ensure dispatch staff perform their duties accurately, on schedule, and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all shippers comply with company regulations stated in the shipper manual.
  • Handle complaints and feedback from shippers, customers, warehouse teams, and other related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the shipper and dispatch teams meet expectations as well as team and company objectives.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports in accordance with company requirements.
  • Working hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM. One day off per week based on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader position, with a good understanding of delivery routes within Hanoi.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed within the required time frames.
  • Ensure COD remittance from shippers is completed within no more than 2 days.
