Marketing & Public Relation Manager

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications. Overseas development and implementation of marketing support materials and services. Directs the efforts of the marketing staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.

Responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the external and internal communications strategy, including communications campaign, public relations, media relations and crisis management, so as to support the marketing objectives and maximize the company positive exposure in F&B market. In addition, be the ambassador to oversee all aspects of brand communication of the company

  • Be responsible for Marketing & Public Relation communication.
  • Be responsible for the Marketing & PR budget.
  • Supports related departments in branding tasks to ensure consistent brand image.
  • Research media coverage and industry trends. Build reports on media work results.
  • Initiates and recommends new Marketing & PR and communication opportunities and improvements to strengthen the brand equity/awareness.
  • Closely keeps track on marketing and PR activities of the market to provide right adjustments for company in time.
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
  • Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager

1. Marketing

  • Devises, develops and regularly maintains marketing strategies, short- and long-term marketing goals, plans, tactics and programs based on the budget, potential of market, target customers, consumer needs, competitors, resources and abilities
  • Provides strategic thinking, leadership and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for brand including copy, media, promotion, research, marketing materials, etc.
  • Monitors and evaluates brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity and brand awareness.

2. Public Relation

  • Oversee and develop all media and corporate communications (external and internal) strategies/calendar and action plans to enhance company reputation.
  •  Analyze topics of interest to the business community and the media. Develop relevant contents (feature articles, press releases, advertorials, executive bios, corporate newsletters, and public speaking proposals) to promote the company brand.
  • Build and strengthen the networks of traditional and social media.
  • Build media protocol crisis communications plan. Lead the crisis communication process; provide training and strategic counselling on related issues.
  • University Degree with Marketing or Journalism, communications/ media relations or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Marketing & PR related area
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing areas such as Branding, Research, ATL, BTL, TTL etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven track record in marketing strategies implementation, planning and running successful campaigns and building of the company and product brand.
  • Outstanding in copywriter with analytical and report writing skills, producing content rich communication.
  • Experience in handling social media and media crisis.
  • Proven ability to drive traffic and conversions through various projects/channels
  • Strong research and benchmarking skills- ability to use big data and analytics to optimize marketing, advertising and communication strategies.
  • Customer-value/ Customer first and problem solving oriented.
  • Excellent cooperation, negotiation, presentation and decision-making skills to acquire accurate information and convey this back to the business.
  • Initiative/ innovative/ flexible/ proactive, passion to growth, attention to detail oriented.
