Key Account Manager - Modern Trade Channel
Description

Maintain and grow sales of Modern Trade (Convenience store/Supermarket)

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to acquire new customers in Modern Trade segments to meet the business’s growth target.
  • Conduct sample testing, and customer warehouse visits to facilitate the onboarding.
  • Develop different price offers to serve different customers’ needs.
  • Work with relevant teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, and accounting to ensure smooth daily deliveries to customers.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews to ensure the margin of each customer is as expected.
  • Come up with new SKU suggestions, design and run various sales campaigns to increase sales.
  • Further enhance the company\'s value propositions and uniqueness to this customer segment.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to address any issues related to payment happening between Kamereo and customers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop required skill sets for the Key Account Modern Trade Team.
  • Perform other assigned tasks from the line manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years experience in KA MT of F&B.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account MT Manager, Sales Manager, or relevant role.
  • Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Logical thinking, problem-solving, good communication & strong leadership.
  • Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of the F&B market.
  • Knowledge in Modern Trade is a MUST.
