Key Account Manager - Enterprise Channel
Description
Establish channels of customers in the Food Chain, Hotel Convention chain, Factory & Catering chain.
Build and develop a relationship with Key dealers, and partners; Collect all information about Key dealers, and competitors on the market & propose sales activities with Key dealers, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities within the assigned territories to further the attainment of sales goals and objectives.
- Review the analysis of sales activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine the business unit\'s progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Prepare reports of sales forecasts, sales analysis, and business transactions and keep appropriate expense accounts.
- Quote prices and sales terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Support current channels of sales distribution while keeping open to selective expansion to achieve the sales goals and objectives.
- Make sure that customer or key customers’ problems are investigated and resolved.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring the duties of sales personnel are performed safely and efficiently.
- Deploy the market expansion plan.
- Cooperate with related departments to expand more SKUs in the wholesale list.
- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in Key Account of F&B.
- Proven work experience as Sales Manager, or relevant role.
- Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Logical thinking, problem solving, good communication & strong leadership.
- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of F&B market.
- Knowledge in Veggies & FMCG products is a plus.
