Position title

Supply Chain Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily sourcing, purchasing, and ordering activities for fresh products (veggie / non-veggie).
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize out of stock risks.
Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
Support negotiations on pricing and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
Track and report key KPIs (out-of-stock rate, fill rate, input cost, etc.).
Conduct regular warehouse and supplier visits to validate stock condition and compliance.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support promotions.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long-term cooperation.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sourcing & purchasing, focus on fresh products
Experience managing multiple SKUs and supporting demand planning.
Good knowledge of the F&B supply chain and supplier management.
Strong problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Self motivated, detail oriented, and results driven.
