Responsibilities

Marketing Execution in Hanoi Market

  • Implement local marketing campaigns, on-ground activities, events, and POSM.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and relevant teams during campaign execution.

Monitoring & Performance Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities.
  • Collect market insights and propose improvement initiatives.

Digital & Content Collaboration

  • Execute content tailored to the Hanoi market.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across channels.

Marketing Operations Optimization

  • Participate in standardizing collaboration processes with Sales/CX teams.
  • Support the development of internal documents, dashboards, and reports.

Other Responsibilities

  • Handle other assignments as required during employment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related quantitative fields is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing (experience in B2B, FMCG, or F&B is a plus).
  • Good understanding of marketing execution logic and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and reporting/analysis tools.
  • Basic skills in using design tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools to support and optimize work efficiency.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
