Key Account Modern Trade Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic merchants to achieve revenue (GMV) goals and the company’s growth strategy.
- Approach new customers in the Modern Trade channel to expand Kamereo’s partner network.
- Maintain current data customers and expend monthly. Build a good relationship with customers.
- Closely monitor the performance and business activities of assigned clients, providing regular reports and analysis.
- Receive negative feedback and resolve issues to ensure customers receive Kamereo’s products with the highest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience with modern trade channel or F&B.
- Experience dealing with large corporations.
- Hard-working, resilient & patient.
- Basic skills in MS Office.
