Position title
Key Account Food Chain Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic customers to achieve the company’s KPIs and GMV targets.
- Approach and acquire new customers in the Food Chain segment to drive Kamereo’s growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain existing customer data and expand the customer base on a monthly basis; build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in business planning activities, including reviewing annual and quarterly business plans.
- Manage daily operations and activities of existing customers.
- Provide reports and business performance analysis for assigned customers.
- Collect both positive and negative customer feedback and propose appropriate improvements.
- Monitor and follow up on contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver the best possible service to customers.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Hardworking, patient, and proactive.
- Basic MS Office skills.
