Inventory Team Leader (Day Shift)
Responsibilities

1. Going to market to buy products/orders for back up

  • Base on the data of buy and sell every day to analyze to plan the order.
  • Ensure to have enough products and on time for the fulfillment team to handle every day.
  • Inform the related departments (team B2B, MKT,…) on time about the lack of the products in the warehouse.
  • Evaluate the quality of the service of the suppliers.
  • Suggest the plan to solve the problem of lack of products.

2. Inventory management

  • Manage the status of the current products and add more new products from the Web to the warehouse system of Kamereo.
  • Control the loss of the product without any reasons.
  • Inform the sourcer to find new suppliers when the old suppliers can not provide enough products or the price is too high.
  • Responsible on the level of accuracy of the inventory between the system and reality.

3. Human resources management

  • Understand the daily duties of the inventory executive staffs to ensure that you can works as the inventory executive staff if the staff is off suddently.
  • Arrange the duties of the team to ensure the good operation during the working time.

Working time: Morning:  5am - 1:30pm

Qualifications
  • Agile, meticulous, hard working
  • Sensitive with numbers and excel
  • Know well the inventory number between the reality and on systems
  • Know well bad products/-strong/-heart:>:o:-((:-h
