Position title
Inventory Executive
Description
- Receive and prepare goods including technology items, frozen goods, and fresh products; perform daily weighing and inventory counting; organize and maintain 5S standards for all items in the warehouse.
- Check expiration dates and report regularly to the team leader to ensure goods are dispatched accurately, completely, and in accordance with the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
- Report data on damaged or lost goods to the warehouse team leader; perform tasks as assigned by the team leader.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming goods from suppliers: verify quantity, weight, and quality.
- For returned items, provide feedback on reasons, current condition, and assess against Kamereo’s specifications.
- Pick and pack dry food items according to customer orders.
- Check inventory of each product after removing it from the shelf/assigned location.
- Working hours:
- Day Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 20–35, in good health
- Basic computer skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and hardworking
- Experience working in a warehouse is required
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets is a strong advantage
- Experience with loading/unloading, rearranging stock by date (FIFO), and warehouse layout management
- Forklift operation experience is a plus

- Monthly salary: 7,000,000 VND - 8,450,000 VND
