Delivery Op Team Leader (Day Shift)
Responsibilities
- Know well the scope of work of shipper team and delivery team.
- Manage the quantity of shipper every day to ensure the shipper team has enough staffs to deliver the order to the customers on time.
- To ensure the shipper team finishes the duty fast, on time,...
- To ensure the shippers perform well with the rules of the company which is in the handbook of the shipper.
- Solve the complaint situation, reflection from shipper, customers, warehouse staffs….
- To ensure shippers to operate right to the target of the team and the company.
- Make report daily, weekly according to the company regulations.
Working time: Morning: 5am - 1:30pm.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience of Team Leader position and know well the map of the HCM City.
- Good communication.
- Good management.
- Good Execel.
- To ensure delivery product on time
- To ensure the payment progress of the shipper not over 2 days.
