- Prepare data to support smooth delivery operations at the warehouse
- Coordinate delivery plans for shippers based on customers’ time slots
- Prioritize orders to ensure on-time delivery for each customer
- Communicate delivery status and handle issues with related departments such as Customer Service and Sales
- Prepare and verify delivery documents for shippers
- Monitor and resolve problems arising during the delivery process
- Track attendance and performance of shippers
- Familiarity with Hanoi roads is a plus; experience as a shipper is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to manage and dispatch orders effectively and on schedule
- Salary: 7,000,000 VND/month
- Annual salary review every December
