Business Growth Director
Description

Main responsibility is to generate revenue.

Collaborate with Marketing & PR Division to build the company brand, increase brand awareness by increasing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive strategies to achieve Revenue, Target, and P&L.
  • Devises, develops and regularly maintains strategic and short- and long-term sales, goals, tactics, and programs based on the budget, the potential of the market, target customers, consumer needs, competitions, resources, and abilities.
  • Initiates and recommends new business opportunities and improvements, targets new customers and new product opportunities, and initiates action plans.
  • Manage all Sales channels: SME and key Accounts to achieve sales targets, performance, and pushing productivity.
  • Build up and tighten Kamereo\'s relationship with all channel partners/ all customers to exceed revenue and growth objectives and propose action plans to hit revenue targets by cooperating with external sales partners/ customers.
  • Develop and implement sales policies and promotion policies for all Sales channels.
  • Find out problems in the sales process; propose and implement Kaizen ideas.
  • Establish goals for all Business Growth team members and give guidance on how these goals can be achieved.
  • Propose and develop the incentive policy for Business Growth Division.
  • Coordinate with relevant Departments/ Division to provide the best services for Customers.
  • Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
  • BA degree, with a minimum of 10 years of Sales experience of which a minimum of 5 years will have been in a Manager role in F&B or FMCG.
  • Visionary and strategic thinking on Business Development.
  • Ability to implement Business Development strategies, policies, programs, and action plans.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent in PC skills (MS Windows, Excel, MS Office, Google Suit, etc.…).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Inspirational leadership and influencing skills - the ability to inspire, motivate, and persuade employees across the company to drive the strategy and to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • Strong research and benchmarking skills - the ability to use big data and analytics to Business Development strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and verbal that will ensure all materials, reports, and presentations are clear, concise, and convincing.
